From December 2015 Agricultura journal will be published in partnership with De Gruyter Open (degruyteropen.com), the world's second largest publisher of Open Access academic content, and part of the De Gruyter group which has over 260 years of publishing history. The article introduces Socrates Comenius project Prosolva which is focused on teachers´ difficulties and on the developing of teachers´ problem solving competences. The aim of this contribution is to present results of the first project step during which all participating countries did analyses of teachers´ problems that occur at secondary schools.

Analize težav učiteljevih v evropskem kontekstu

V članku je predstavljeno uvajanje projekta Socrates Comenius Prosolva ki se osredotoča na težave učiteljev in na razvijanju učiteljevih kompetenc za reševanje problemov. Namen tega prispevka je predstaviti rezultate prvega koraka projekta v katerem so vse sodelujoče države naredile analize učiteljevih problemov, ki se pojavljajo na srednjih šolah.
