From December 2015 Agricultura journal will be published in partnership with De Gruyter Open (degruyteropen.com), the world's second largest publisher of Open Access academic content, and part of the De Gruyter group which has over 260 years of publishing history. De Gruyter Open closely cooperates with the majority of abstracting and indexing services, universities and libraries, providing a wide availability of journal's content and increasing its visibility. Agricultura's full-text articles will be found also at the new address on the De Gruyter Open's platform in following weeks.

Pedagogical practice is a part of study plan of graduates and students of the Czech University of Agriculture (CUA) in Prague who complete their pedagogical education at the Institute of Education and Communication of CUA. Attendance and successful completion of pedagogical practice accomplish their qualification of teachers of vocational subjects for secondary agricultural and forestry schools. We have been running an internal survey in which we observe a teaching performance of every student. The survey data are annually processed and they help to adjust and increase the quality of teacher training courses for the next year.

Rezultati zahtevane didaktičnih kompetenc med usposabljanji učiteljev

Pedagoška praksa je del študijskega programa diplomantov in študentov Češke kmetijske univerze (CUA) v Pragi, ki je dopolnjuje svojo pedagoško izobraževanje na Inštitutu za izobraževanje in komuniciranje CUA. Obiskovanje in uspešen zaključek pedagoške prakse so dosegli svoje kvalifikacije učitelji strokovnih predmetov na srednjih kmetijskih in gozdarskih šolah. Izvedli smo interno raziskavo v kateri smo opazovali nastop vsakega študenta. Podatki se letno zbirajo in preverjajo ter pomagajo prilagoditi in povečati kakovost izobraževanja učiteljev za naslednje leto.
